3rd. The part number of the PLA module send also randamly by 5Q0919298K, 5Q0919298K or other trail number.
4th. When you complete the items to your car, one thing which is the most important is that you must code the PARKING ASSIST SYSTEM. Recommanding you to do it by professional engineer.
